Copyright and Intellectual Property

• Users agree not to upload, post, or share any content that infringes on copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.
• The website's use of job postings and content is for the purpose of facilitating employment opportunities and is not intended to infringe on copyrights.
• Users are responsible for ensuring their content does not infringe on copyrights, and the website is not liable for any copyright infringement claims.

Job Sharing Purpose

Additional Terms

Job Seeker Terms

• Resume Display: PIOEJ may display resumes to school owners, representatives of academic institutions, and members agree to receive job alerts and promotional emails/messages. PIOEJ does not guarantee job placement. Selection decisions rest solely with the Employer/Recruiter.
• Recruiters Connection: Paid Members can send messages to admins and recruiters for leadership, teaching, and non-teaching jobs. Non-Paid Members can only message admins and recruiters for teaching/non-teaching jobs.
• Non-paid members must subscribe to PIOEJ services for direct contact details of employers for leadership vacancies.
• No member or visitor is compelled to give money to any other member or visitor.
• All subscription payments are made with the consent of non-paid members/visitors.

School Employer Terms & Conditions

• PIOEJ displays vacancies for a fixed period; employers cannot refresh listings once approved and displayed.
• Employers can post vacancies for specified periods according to available slots.
• PIOEJ Admins can approve, verify, and reserve the right to reject vacancies sent for approval.

Payment and Refunds

• Subscription fee: ₹3000/₹2500 (yearly/semi-annually).
• The amount paid is non-refundable.
• No guarantee of payment failure.

Termination

User agreements can be terminated due to completion of term, violation of terms, or mutual agreement.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by Indian law, and disputes will be resolved in courts located in Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh.

Changes to Terms

PIOEJ reserves the right to amend or alter these terms without prior notice.

Specific Services Terms

1. Users agree to receive job details on their mobile.
2. Services are time-based and must be utilized within a reasonable period.
3. Users agree not to disseminate false or objectionable material.

Account Security

Users must maintain control over their account and devices.
